Force It? Buy It!
Download it or buy the actual CD. Doesn't matter as long as you own it. This is a perfect blend of electro-industrial and techno music. It has hard driving industrial beats and sinister bass lines which is harmoniously complimented w/techno synthwork (w/o being repetitive). Production is tight and crisp. One thing worth noting to old school industrialists, this album has a decidedly Nitzer Ebb (NE) feel to it - of course, w/o the vocals. This is most pronounced in tracks like "BabyNeedsCoke" (the best track on the album and is a dead ringer to the bassline of NE's "Join in the Chant") and "Trucks" (which has an uncanny resemblance to NE's "Violent Playground"). You can almost imagine what NE would've sound if they became a techno/rave band instead. This is definitely a must for those of the techno/industrial genre (and anybody else looking for a no-holds barred work out music). - Monty
The real deal
Intelligent and sexy. Not a lot of mindless screaming. Northborne is inventive but groovy, intense but musical. Almost all of the "vocals" are samples from movies, mainstream and porn. Especially good with the right chemicals in you, but also good for a jog, a dance, a f***, or anything that requires some energy.
