Welcome to my iTunes library!!!!
This album, which is the first for French Miami, pulses through the beats in a way that just keeps running through my head. Everytime I listen to God Damn Best, I like the transitions more until at some point, they blend seamlessly in my mind. The vocals are belted out with authority, but not the kind that I rebel from, rather the kind I follow willingly. I deem these guys are a part of my regular play list right from the start... Looking forward to FM on tour... i bet their sound is awesome when its live!!! Where are they touring next...?
Best in SF, Possibly the World?!?!
The 6 years I spent in SF led me to the general consensus that every artist there likes to be "different" WAY MORE than they like to play their instruments well. With French Miami you get 3 guys that deliver both. Dance-Friendly Prog-Rock? Vaguely Homo-Erotic Electro-Emo? Spastic Guitar Virtulosity? Hoarse Anthemic Vocals? Intricate-Yet-Rock-Solid Drumming? Insistently Sinister Synths? You bet. French Miami. The God-Damn Best? God-Damn Right.

i really dig the the name, beats are good but repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat...
