Soulful Reggae - Big in The US

This is the version of "Funky Kingston" that made it big in the US in '75 and includes songs that earlier appeared on the '73 version of "Funky Kingston" and '74's "In The Dark" (though the versions may be somewhat different?) as well as "Pressure Drop" from "The Harder They Come" soundtrack. There is a two-fer, "Funky Kingston / In The Dark" that includes both albums as well as the tacked on "Pressure Drop." You may want to consider that option for more excellent music for only a slightly higher price.

Essential Reggae

Bob Marley - politics + added funk = Toots and the Maytals. A must have for any reggae fan.

One of reggae's featured artists

Try listening to time tough, and then funky Kingston on this wonderful musical artwork album. This album has never reached it's full potential and has never been credited for it's classic hits. The two tracks that I've named above are favored by me and most people who enjoy the reggae genre. However if you happen to purchase this album you will fall in love with it's undiscovered tracks that have been left in the dust for you to listen to. Those tracks that you find people have never heard, have your siblings or friends listen to and they as well will fall in love with this album. If not they will sooner get addicted to the genre itself. In english all I'm trying to say is, SPREAD THE LOVE PEOPLE THIS ALBUM IS GREAT!!!!!!!
