Their best album

There is no question that this is the The Agony Scene's best album it is too bad they are no longer together. The lyrical content is very socially conscious and this album is very loud.

A real shame...

The Agony Scene got better with every album, makes me think how the next album would have sounded. I agree this is there best album and wish they were still together playing this great music live. A real shame that they called it a day and went there separate ways. Hopefully one day they'll reunite.

The Agony Scene hail from Tulsa, OK, where they formed at the start of the new millennium, broke up, made up, and eventually recorded a self-titled debut album, released by independent Solid State Records, in 2003. At this time, the band consisted of vocalist Michael Williams, guitarists Christopher Emmons and Johnny Lloyd, bassist Matthew Shannon, and drummer Brent Masters, and even though said album contained relatively run-of-the-mill metallic deathcore, the quintet still managed to score a deal...
