Beautiful! I close my eyes as I listen and I feel like I'm in another era. Kip is such a huge talent. Adagio is my favorite.
Ghosts...Stunning!
I honestly don't have enough words to describe this brilliant piece by CF Kip Winger. There is so much beauty, depth, sensuality and dimension in Ghosts...it's haunting, though not surprising given the overwhelming talent he possesses. It's not often you find an artist who has had so much success in the rock genre, then turn around and create a symphonic masterpiece such as this...very rare indeed. Having its world premiere by the Tucson Symphony Orchestra AND The San Francisco Ballet speaks volumes in, and of itself.
I have been a fan of his music since the very beginning and what an exciting journey it has been! After hearing Ghosts, and seeing the Ballet, I am convinced he has found his true calling...Ghosts is stunning! CF Kip Winger...Musician-Artist-Composer...seems a natural progression for a man with such talent, and I, for one, look forward to hearing more.
