BUY THIS ALBUM! CHANCIE IS A GREAT SINGER/SONGWRITER
One of my favorites, "Girl With A Guitar" kicks off the album with a catchy steel guitar driven song that is 100% radio single worthy! Chancie delivers every lyric from her heart flawlessly! Following is "Just One Dance" with a heart tugging chorus laced with an excellent vocal performance and a ripping electric guitar solo. "Mama's Boy" is a feisty up tempo pure country girl anthem! The honesty of her lyrics say it all- 'cowboy wanna be, mamma's boys' better stay clear of Ms. Chancie Neal! Up next is "Nothing Left To Lose" about reflecting upon a hard teenage break up which leaves her (emotionally) with 'nothing left to lose' since the loss of that special someone. This is a relatable song for everyone and once again a great vocal performance by the young and talented Chancie. "Mama" surfaces all the 'wants' of a hopeful teenage daughter saying she wants to be just like her mother when she grows up. A touching mid tempo song with such a beautiful melody. Another one of my favorites, "A Boy Like That's Hat" reveals the Louisiana redneck side of Chancie. She wants a boy who 'knows all the back roads' with a four wheel drive who will take her fishing. The next track is "Grow Down." 'Grow down, slow down, find your inner child and have fun' are the words everyone needs to here at some point in their life. This song helps any adult feel young again!
Overall this album is great! Her vocals are as emotional and real as her writing. Chancie is well on her way to the top! Buy this album so you can say you knew her when….
