FLAWLESS!
The single most amazing live performance I have ever seen. P!nk is one of the most charosmatic, talented and able performers to date. She manages to incorporate mindboggling stunts into her live routines. This woman is literally defying gravity, both physically and vocally.
amazing artistry, vocals & performance
How refreshing to hear an artist who can utterly captivate with just her voice & a piano...then takes it to the next level with a gorgeous showstopping aerial performance. She is one of our generations great vocalists and songwriters. Yes, songwriter. Her co-writes range from booty-shaking party stomps, bluesy Joplin-esque rock jams, & vulnerable melodic heartache. "Glitter in the Air" + "I Don't Believe You" are two diamonds in an album filled with an embarrassment of riches. ("Mean" is another gem that would have been a great addition to rock radio)
This video (along with her brilliant live from Australia video/album also available on iTunes) is a must have. If you enjoyed her work on the silks in this video, be sure to check out her heart-stopping performance of SOBER and bungie jump in the audience from GET THE PARTY STARTED from the live in Australia. YIKES!)
(I saw her live when she came to Finland, and she deserves every award and success coming to her. She truly knows how to give exceptional value for the ticket price. Unforgettable night..unmissable concert if she ever performs near to where you live)
P!nk Stole The Show!
Ok, so Lady Gaga's performance was VERY good, but P!nk outdid her by performing a song that is stripped down (and has been one of my favorite P!nk songs since Funhouse came out!). I'm so glad that everyone got to see a more emotionally naked version of P!nk because she really is one of the best singers out there!
