"Really enjoy this midtempo groove." Mark Farina (OM, Various)

"Ace release!!! Nice one!!!" Danny Ward (Dubble D / Moodymanc)
Our little promotions company welcomes another label to the fold, this time the Orlando-born and bred FastFWD, specializing in deep, broken beat, soulful sounds in house. The debut release features Chillin Music don Rob Slac, known mostly for his moody deep tech-house productions and remixes for his own imprint. Here Rob strikes out with a rhythmic and dreamy midtempo set-stealer featuring warm vocals from collaborator Gabriela. The summery breaks and keys will add spice to any dancefloor.
The first of two remixes is courtesy of our very own Q-Burns Abstract Message who brings down the tempo for a sample-led, crunchy disco groover. Dubby bits and "old school" treatments abound enhanced by some delicious keyboard breakdowns. A gift for the head-nodders.
Rounding out the single is a remix by the FFWD Duo (Sandman & Riverside), known to the inner circle as the "Rhode-Trip Remix". It's a dope yet laid back instrumental broken beat version that should hit you like a smooth night cap. Quality all around.

"Nice, I like this kind of broken beat...broken but with a clear groove, I definitely see this one being a nice summer groove. Loving the FFWD Remix and Q-Burns Abstract Message remix is HOT. " Kelvin K. (Nordic Trax / Hudd Traxx)

"I like the Goddess of Groove (Q-Burns Abstract Message Remix) -- it's like disco heaven...slow groove, soulful...supafresh-me likey! The broken beat and originals are nice too." DJ Lady D (D'lectable Music)

"The original mix is a great track that will work well on the radio as well as the dancefloor. The lovely vocals from Gabriela make this a real "Big Chill Moment". Q-Burns adds some oomph with deep funky bass and vocal thrusts, yet in the background is a whole load of dubbiness, what an unusual aural treat! FFWD Duo aim for a different dancefloor with chilled broken Beat. Love it. It's almost impossible to select my fave mix - it's horses for courses and I'll probably play all of them on the radio and when club DJing at some point!! A superb package. " Clive Craske (Green Radio / Radio Avalon / Big Chill FM)
