Great EP; Great live show

Saw them tonight and got this CD from the guitarist. Very solid tracks on here, although it's difficult to live up to the trumpet-fighting of what I just witnessed. :)

Hell Yeah!!!

This EP basically sums up everything that is Suburban Legends. I liked that they brought back some more of their ska roots. It's certainly a great follow-up to "Let's Be Friends..." You know those albums that you listen to and think, "Damn, this is what's up."? This is one of those. I'm particularly fond of "My Friend." It's a real feel-good ditty that's fun to sing along enthusiastically to. And I've gotta be honest, "Going on Tour" has consistently been stuck in my head for the past week.
Buy this. You won't regret it. I swear.

If you're reading this, buy the EP! Suburban Legends are a great band that are way underated. I recently saw them in concert with Reel Big Fish and I can say that they are even better live than on record. My favorite song on this is "Open Up Your Eyes". It is upbeat and has a great, unique sound.
