Chick bands rule!
The Donnas are awesome. Not only are they the best band ever, but the're rockin' chicks. And they're hot. Their musics hot, they're hot, everything about them is hot.
Who can't love them?
The Donnas are great--this album has some great songs, pure good times for everyone. Rock on!
Incredible
First off, Mike777, it's 'horribly' not horribally. If by 'aloud' you mean "allowed" you have proven that you are not the sharpest tool in the shed. Anyway, Gold Medal is an incredible record. It's amazing how underappreciated this record was. I find this to be The Donnas' greatest work. Although I have read some reviews claiming the ladies have "come of age", I just like to think of it as four friends from Palo Alto experimenting with the sound they've had for 10+ years. Allison Robertson's guitar playing has evolved so much from the previous album, Spend The Night. She has quickly proven to be one of the best guitarists around right now, not just best "female" guitarist. Vocalist Brett Anderson has also made a considerable change with this album. The Donnas have just released their latest album titled "Bitchin'".
