.."That Good Old Fashioned Harmony!"-Don & Phil Everly really were born with "Golden Pipes!"-So many Singer/Songwriters and Budding Pop Stars owe these "Good 'Ol Boys" a huge debt of Gratitude!-Lennon & McCartney; Peter & Gordon; Gerry & The Pacemakers; The Moody Blues & The Zombies were all influenced greatly when the Everly Brothers toured the U.K.!-(And their backing Band of "Nashville Cats" were early Rockabilly Rebels!)-"The Golden Hits Of The Everly Brothers" shows them moving away from the simpler Cadence tunes to a more defined & polished Sound; They would come to claim as their own!-And most of today's "New Traditionalists"; From Emmylou Harris to Allison Krauss to The Wayfaring Strangers; Have studied the template that Phil & Don Everly laid down; Long ago!-"I'll Do My Cryin' In The Rain!"...by Grimmbo.
