Five Way Street - Greatest Hits (just not ours)
Wow! For a cover band, this band has a pretty professional sound! Good mix of tunes, excellent production values and 15 songs for 9.99 is a bargain. Some of the material sounds like the originals that are being covered, while others have a unique style that is presumably the band's own.
Check out the samples and make your own decision. It's a great album for cruising around town in the car!
Five Way Street Greatest Hits (just not ours)
WOW!!! I am blown away by the terrific harmonies on these incredibly difficult songs. That is why no one covers Suite: Judy Blue Eyes its just too hard to do it justice. This band exceeds my expectations on this really fun album. The rhythm tracks kept my foot tappin and everyone that listened to it has been equally impressed. Kudos to Five Way Street for keeping these wonderful songs alive..all my favorites too...I bet their even better in a live venue.....
cover or tribute?
if this band is half as good live as they are on these recordings, they're easily twice as good as any cover band in my hometown! they don't take it easy on themselves.. Beatles, CSN, Loggins and Messina, Eagles, and.. Steely Dan!?! Fairly awesome..
