This is a short compilation of gospel recordings licensed by Curb Records from Pat Boone's Lamb & Lion Records. Boone sings traditional hymns before large choirs in orchestral settings. The effect is big and solemn, and it is easy to suppose that the recordings were made in a Christian cathedral on a Sunday morning. Boone's singing is appropriately reverent.
