What's with every review for this disc being about satan?
Alright first of all I don't see why everybody's review talks about H.I.M. being satanists. They aren't. The songs are all about love and death, but they're all beautiful songs. I've been following H.I.M. for a number of years and my face lit up when I saw this CD was finally on the U.S. store. This is their second best record, nothing can top Razorblade Romance. You people out there need to ignore everything about them being satanists and other crap like that. This band is really good, just listen to the music instead of what people say about them.

HIM is not a satanic band, the are a dark band, their songs about love and death, and pain, no where does it have anything to do w/ satan, and the only song that comes remotly close is "your sweet 666" and even then its a dark love song, so ppl who call HIM satanists, dont listen very well, oh yea, HIM isnt emo either. so shove it emo kids
I Love H.I.M.
Okay. With songs like Your Sweet 666 and the like, you would assume that H.I.M. is a satanic band. Well, I'm here to say they are not. I've listened to them for the past 3 years now, and I have to say that they are a really good dark, romantic, vampire like band. Not Satanic in any way. I love this album being its their first. I love the songs When Love and Death embrace and their remake of Wicked Game. But there is also a more produced and better version of Wicked Game on their album Razorblade Romance. If you're looking for a more produced sound, listen to Razorblade Romance and their most recent release Dark Light. They are love metal to the extreme. Give them a chance!
