A classic Album u can't find in these days

this album just grew to be on of my favorite albums in the past years and i dont really have many of those. there are very few skippable tracks if any and even those are hard to find on this album. this one i rank up there with "moment of truth" "illmatic" "death certificate" and so on. if u love hip hop this one is for u too but this is real hip hop not hip pop dont get it confused.

Definition of a true classic.

You already know Im a big fan of Reks. His material is mad ill. His style and flow is imacculate. Real hip hop right here.

great album

This is simply one of the greatest hip hop albums I have ever heard. Lyrics, beats, message....its all there. Well thought out and executed. I just found REKS and have listened to several of his albums now, this one seems like the best so far. Real lyrics and real beats. I find myself listening to it over and over to catch the nuances. Good stuff.

Born and raised in Lawrence, MA, street lyricist Corey Isiah Christie, better known as just Reks, started out as a breakdancer in his teens and was part of a local B-boy crew called Funk Town Connection. By the time he entered college at University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Reks had built a reputation for himself in the local Boston rap scene, but then eventually quit school to begin recording for Brick Records.
