Play it loud
“Play this record loud,” suggests the album notes, and good advice that is indeed. You wouldn’t want to miss the distorted guitar riffs and gritty voice of Kasey Anderson that go so well with his matter-of-fact songwriting steeped in blues. The opening track gives the impression that this album is dark and menacing, but it is only a taste of what is to come. The tracks that follow range from uptempo and catchy (“Exit Ghost”) to introspective and dreamy as on “Your Side of Town.” All of a sudden creeps up “Kasey Anderson’s Dream” and we are swept into a driving guitar riff reminiscent of ZZ Top, a definite stand out track. Contrasting in style but no less noteworthy is “For Anyone,” a soulful and powerful rock ballad. This is definitely worth a look for any rock fan

"These guys are a group you want to watch out for - a cool blend of blues and alternative rock with a pizzazz and lyrical approach and edge that command attention, a wide variety of emotion, and just plain ol' having fun and cutting loose. All in all - an album that captures the audience from a group that's sure to hang around."
