Ocean Waves and serene moods for meditation
This is some of the finest music for meditation I have heard. There are some nice long songs with ocean waves and other nature sounds that I find really makes meditation easy. It's also great for sleep too. After getting their other albums Garden of Serenity and Soothing Sanctuary, which are both very good, I decided to get this one also. It is even deeper and more tranquil.
So relaxing!
This is one of my favorite relaxation albums! The long tracks are perfect for a good meditation session. I would also recommend Garden of Serenity 2 if you are interested in long relaxing tracks.
Relaxing and refreshing
I think this is one of the best meditation albums around. Truly amazing. Absolutley non-distracting, it creates a perfect "pillow" for for my daily relaxation exercizes. I have given this as gifts to family, I highly recommend this. Misty Forest Morning is another great one.
