Amazing band, amazing music
     

I love Detektivbyrån they are one of my favorite bands, their music is amazing. It is similar to Yann Tierson's work, but they are both amazing! Detektivbyrån is coming out with a new album in September, and I suggest if you want more music than just this EP to get it off Amazon mp3. If anyone is curious how to pronounce the name this is how (dee-tech-tiv-bee-ron)

I was just told about these people by a friend, and I absolutely LOVE them!!! I would totally recommend buying the album. They have an awesome feel to their music, and I especially like the music box sound of Nattappet. They are unique and the music is great. There should be more music like this on iTunes!!

if you hear Yann Tiersen's Amelie soundtrack, then you are probably wondering if this is a cover album. sounds like it. but since yann tiersen is the one of the best musicians in the world, this is still a great cd and will warm your heart.

Formed in Wermland, Sweden, in 2005, Detektivbyran is a whimsical trio whose compositions nod to the tender glockenspiel- and accordion-based compositions of Yann Tiersen, the sprightly glitch pop of I Am Robot and Proud, and the click-blippity mania of old-school eight-bit video games.
