An Emcee worthy of a Primo track!
I banged this in 2004 (before I had the Black Nano). I bang it now in regular rotation. Royce is a nice emcee- good voice, got something to say, smart with his lyrics, one of the betta (and real emcees) coming out of Detroit. Add a legendary producer, DJ Premier, pulling out one of his better beats (of recent), and you got a great song. This is for the head-boppin, Hip-Hoppin', back-pack wearing, fan who cares about substance and style over bling and broads. Nothing wrong with money and women--but Royce brings you more then the silly and trite. ONE!
Amazing rap
Royce is a true M.C. Most rappers out in public today suck and think Hip-Hop is just a business. This rapper has some cleaver lyrics and you can tell he takes time writing them. If only the publically known rappers would do the same.
