Not your parents music
by Rennie GurlPersonally, I love their version of Scotland the Brave. They've crafted it to a younger generation of music lovers and have done a wicked awsome job on the rest of the album!
good stuff, except...
by FoxtrotUniformCharlieKilonot bad except scotland the brave sounds identical to the dropkick murphys version of call to arms from 98's do or die. I know the original song is scotland the brave but i like the murphys version better.
good album
by dawnmanI have no idea what the deal is with all these people taking offense to their rendition of Scotland the Brave. There's certainly nothing wrong with doing things the traditional way. The original is a beautiful song, but I think the world has room for some improvisation here and there. I thought their version of that song was just amazing, and I thought the rest of the album was pretty good too.
