Good stuff, not as hard as expected though
The new stuff is pretty good outta Rusko's first full length debut. Definitely sticks with some themes that he's used before (da cali anthem voice mod), but has branched into a lot more dance and electro-synth sounds. I would say that some of these tracks would fit better in a dance album. I'm from the states and so I listen to Rusko to get away from most of the Gucci Maine crap on the radio(only real disappointing collab). Def some good dubstep mixed in there though, just not the same heavy wobble we've known and loved. Props on the release, hopefully i can catch a live sesh sometime this summer
Not his old stuff, but not bad
Definitely not the heavy, wobbling bass of his previous releases... it's not really what you'd expect from one of the artists most closely associated with dubstep. The best tracks were pretty much all released before the album was out; Woo Boost and Hold On stand out from the rest. The album does NOT sound like anything you'd expect after hearing Woo Boost or his past releases - listen to the previews to get an idea. I'm not a big fan of the vocals, and while they do provide a new direction, it's not the one I was hoping Rusko would take. Seems like all the 5 star ratings are die hard fans who couldn't give it anything less.

This cd is exactly what i needed. Gets me pumped and ready to do anything. Love the hard bass and his unique dubstep style. Buy this if you support good music
