House Concert
You play and sing great, but also play too safe. It keeps returning to the same place. I've listened to all the releases and although pleasant to listen to, it can sound very repetitious. The music is strong and there were some songs that started out sounding promisingly different, by the time we reach the bridge it runs back to where it starts. I love listening to the " new guys" and you definitely will stand out with a few of the songs that you have composed, but the competition is fierce. You have to compose with that in mind, too many writers compose with the attitude that they're gonna write what pleases them and no one else. Be careful who you take advise from, there's a lot of false praise out there. Know this much... you are a very talented musician, but you need to push your boundaries. Keep up the good work.
