Great New Talent!
Pet Lions, based out of the Chicago area have a very promising future in the recording industry. Their debut album, Houses has a great modern feel to it, with fun, jangly undertones. This is a feel-good album from the start. I'm reminded a bit of Marshall Crenshaw when I listen. I'd love to see Mitch Easter who produced Crenshaw, REM ('81-'84) and had his own band, Let's Active, get a hold of this band and work some production magic with them! Give these guys a listen- I highly recommend!
Excellent new sound!
This solid group of four are extremely talented and I look forward to them making more & more music. The sky is the limit for Pet Lions.
Great "feel-good" album for the summer. I plan to catch one of their summer shows around Chicago.

I just recently saw pet lions play live and I absolutely love their music. It's just feel good music. Very well done. I would def recommend to go see them live. And their albums are just great!!!
