Stop thinking, buy it

Lyrically, rhythmically, and inspirationally better than their contemporaries, Said The Whale evokes a different set of emotions in every song. This is the type of album you bop your head to while doing something and have to ask yourself how long you've been humming to no background music minutes after it's over.

I was a little sad when Said The Whale disappeared from iTunes...I had bought Taking Abalonia and was looking forward to this CD, so when I saw them appear again, I knew that I had to buy it. I was not disappointed--Said The Whale's style has remained true to the same beautiful, rich, indie rock style. The only downside is that they are a Vancouver band, and I live in the US.
