one song here is a must-have
"cry to me" is a classic soul number, though lesser-known. the soundtrack to dead poet's society isn't on i-tunes, but this song was on it. it was playing at the party when whatsisname kisses the pretty sleeping girl and then gets beat up by her jock boyfriend. but that's neither here nor there. it's a great song. get it! if you like it, try more s.burke.

On his '60s singles for Atlantic, he brought a country influence into R&B, with emotional phrasing and intricately constructed, melodic ballads and midtempo songs.
