Catchy, great production, strong lyrics, whats not to like?
A refreshing new spin on the autotune fad as well as just plain, good ole' hip hop. As a fairly picky fan of hip hop, I for one have grown a bit tired of the constant use of the autotune, however, Lucas impresses with me with his melodies, flow, and well thought out lyrics. Definitely a new sound that Midnite provides, whose other work with the Let Go and Grieves have thus far impressed me, but not too the point that the production on this EP does, one of his best and most complete works in my opinion. Dead Flowers has a distinct 808s & Heartbreaks feel to it. The Harvest utilizes the autotuner while still keeping a more authentic southern feel to it. Girls With Fangs is probably my favorite track, and I love the Murder Dice Collaboration, great chorus. All in all worth every penny, I look forward to more of these two working together in the future.

I brought dead flowers to a funeral exceeds all of my expectations. A great EP!! Both Kyle Lucas and CaptinMidnite put their talents together to collaborate some amazing songs!! Anyone who is anyone will enjoy this cd no matter what style you are into! Do a good deed and buy the cd and tell anyone else you know to! Can't wait until they come out with more!

Lucas and Midnite killed it on every track. I listen to this CD every day. Go buy it right now!!!! It never has and never will get old.
