Customer Reviews

I love Apo, but not Adam Gontier live.

Apocalyptica is one of my favorite bands out there, and is what caused me to get an iPod. As always, they are excellent cellists. I do like the studio version of this song with Adam, however live, he has some incredibly horrid sounding moments, (His first note in the preview for instance) and overall his voice is very bland and expressionless, and he seems to be trying way to hard to get that rough voice he has in the studio, which he seems to not be able to re-create without remastering. Take that as you will, but my point is, I see no point in buying this version. If you like the song, pick up the studio version from the Worlds Collide album, and while your at is check out some of Apocalyptica's own instrumental pieces.

Oh i agree

at first when i saw two and a half stars i couldnt understand how in the world it was so low i couldnt figure out how a rock hit was being destroyed by reviewers then i previewed it...

wow.

well....i know a lot of people don't like this song because they think Adam Gontier ruined it or whatever...but the reason i bought this song was BECAUSE of adam gontier. Three Days Grace is one of my favorite bands..and I think that Apocalyptica made the whole song sound great. And live? it just shows that he really can sing and that they really can play.
