SPELLBOUND
Katie has a fabulous voice, only to be outdone by the musical accompaniment on this riveting rendition. Kind of bluesy, kind of jazzy, with a little latin mixed in, this is as vibrant and energetic as it gets. You feel the "live" nature of the recording and how its tempo builds to a crescendo that leaves the audience spellbound. This is like Diana Krall, only with ENERGY!
I Put a Spell On You
Wow!! Hard to believe she's so young and sultry and jazzy. The brief sample does NOT do justice to this piece. Katie is JAZZ at it's smoothest and sexiest and the accompaniment swings along with her. This piece rocks the Blues! You can tell she's got the audience wrapped up in her spell.
