Five tracks is not enough.
I saw these guys live at a show the other night and immediately bought this CD from them (unfortunately, it doesn't contain the alternate version of "Skinny Fingers," but the other four tracks are intact). Their sound is so unique, partially due to their multiple drummers that give their more beat-centric songs a very tribal feel. The vocals are beautifully light and airy, and the other blend of various instruments brings out the range of what these guys can do. It's amazing to me even how different this EP sounds from their two-song release, "Weapons for War / Spread It All Around," which is far heavier, but just as enjoyable.
It's sad that they only have these two small releases at the moment, but as long as they keep producing music, I'll keep buying it. Their one-of-a-kind sound and penchant for exploration of different instrumental arrangements have already hooked me, and I foresee myself a loyal listener.
