Surf City Best of Jan and Dean

I'm not sure whether the mixes are terrible or the takes are terrible but this is a horrible album to listen to considering all the good songs on here. I think iTunes should remove it from its list of albums. I was really looking forward to listening to Jan & Dean and it turned out to be very disappointing.

With the K-tel label on it stinks and is not the original recording.

Remakes?

Surf City, Little Old Lady, and Deadman's Curve are remakes, aren't they? They don't sound like the originals to me. Notice also that this is a K-tel album -- the notes iTunes has posted are for a different album, EMI Gold's Surf City The *Very* Best of Jan & Dean. Caveat surfer.
