Album Review
"Pop-punk" is a style that seemed to take over the world during the late '90s and early 21st century, as it seemed like each week there was a new band merging melody with hyper riffing and a snotty attitude. However, the genre largely lost its edge with each new band — as the rough bits were smoothed out with increasing regularity. But a group like Warner Drive appears to give the genre a much needed kick in the pants, especially evidenced throughout the band's 2006 release, Fully Loaded. And as the title states, the album is definitely jam-packed with attitude and energy. Co-produced by a pair of gentlemen who really need no introduction — Mike Clink (Guns N' Roses, Megadeth, etc.) and James Michael (Deftones, Mötley Crüe, etc.) — the album showcases a group that certainly knows how to cook up a memorable ditty, and also a group that, when needed, can expertly walk the tightrope between punk and metal ("Lost") without completely teetering over to one style or the other. And of course, there are plenty of selections that seem custom-made for a Warped Tour stage ("Gone Away"). The Warner Drive gentlemen would be the first to tell you they're not out to reinvent the musical wheel, but what they do — scream-along punk-riff-rock — they do pretty darn well.

I LOVE WARNER DRIVE
I have been a fan for years and i own one of their old demos entitled, "The Shocker." I was really exited when my friend told me the full length version was now available. I really hope evryone checks out this great album. You will definately not be disapointed. WOW! This CD is just unbelievable. BUY IT. If anyone stumbles upon this or if it was recomended by a friend, or what ever, Buy this incredible work of art. WOW!
AMAZING is an understatement
This band is definitely worth the $10 to download. Buy the whole album, not just certain songs. Trust me!! Not all bands can pull off a great CD and stage performance, but these guys are freakin' outrageous and do it all!! BUY IT!!! BUY IT!!! It's something you'll never tire of!
Warner Drive is what FL stands for!
It's about time the rest of the music world started paying attention to this band! I've been a fan for the past three years and they've grown so much it's incredible. From Johnny's vocals to Pete's bass, Matt pounding out the drums and Chris' rifts, this band has found their groove and has the fans to prove it. They've emerged from Southern Californian (L.A.) where every one has a band and made not one, but two names for themselves (there's a shout out for the original fans). Mixture of power ballads and just good ole rock n' roll. A must have album in your collection!
