So addicted
I cannot stop listening to this album. I get on these jags with some albums and I can't get off. This is one of them. Great listening for mellow parties. "Give it to you" has this killer bridge that I can't wait to hear. "Back of the Bus" makes me want to go back to high school and ride a bus (never thought I'd ever say that). You gotta check this out. Mix it up with Slightly stoopid and some Sublime and babies you got a good time on your hands.
Hustle
The Hustle is by far G's best release. It confidently walks the line of several styles of music and nails home his diverse and poignant song writing ability. This album stayed in my player for 2 months straight, and I just got the itunes version so I could have the bonus tracks. If his next release, coming out in early ’06, is anything like this, we will have to hustle to get it as well. Keep ‘em coming G!
One of his best
This is one my favorite CDs by G. Love & Special Sauce. Every track is strong! The accoustic numbers here are some of his best, Sunshine and Lovin Me for example. He may a sound a little commercial (for some) on tracks like Love and Booty Call, but the songs are still great. If you like G. Love, then you can't go wrong with this CD. Also a good introduction for newcomers.
