Love It
This is my favorite Low Life Album(though I LOVE them all). Unlike their other albums, which are more "party" or "frat" albums, you can actually see the band mature, the music being much more intricate. The vocals are second to none, the guitar parts work together beautifully and the percussion is seamless, especially on "Dollhouse" and "Daisy Cutter", the top two tracks of the disc. Rounding out the top three is "Green Shirt" which takes you through so many emotions, like the disc as a whole. Save yourself from the crap that is on the radio and give the band a chance, a band that didn't give itself a chance. I could go on praising everything great about the album and teling you there is very little that is wrong with it, but you'll have to just hear for yourself. RIP TLL
Masterpiece
This album is the last from the low life, and any fan will consider it an absolute masterpiece. It's hard to describe or compare the low life's style, you just have to experience them for yourself. Daisy Cutter is an incredible album that starts off fairly light and gets a compelling, almost haunting tone by the end with tracks slow roll, daisy cutter, and let april end. Do yourself a favor and listen to this all the way through. It may find its way into your top favorite albums.
These guys are the cat's pajamas!
My roommate brought this album home about a year and a half ago and it has yet to get old. The band draws from a few different influences to create an absolutely fantastic sound. Easily one of my favorite albums in a long, long time...only wish I could have gotten a chance to see them live, since I heard that they broke up. I also suggest the album from the lead singer, Evan Bliss, in case you can't get enough of The Low Life.
