Album Review
Brassy is a saucy hip-hop, tough beat music group with a vocalist akin to Meg Lee Chin. Musically, this could be Chin backed by the Beastie Boys. Brassy vocalist Muffin Spencer is the lead vocalist of this London group, originally from America. She brings a suggestion of American hard rock guitar sensibility to this Anglo-hip-hop project for an effective mix of brash chords and beats.

Got It Made
This gem of a cross-the-pond group is a diamond in the rough waiting to explode on the alternative waves. No doubt overlooked in the hash of wannabes and copycats, the music is catchy without being ostentatious or even hinting at leaning towards the pop-oriented, and riveting with all the rawness of pure electro-funk emotion at its best. The jewel of this band is in the seamless marriage of smart lyrics and smart composition, topped by the lead vocalist Spencer's honest rapid-fire but crystal delivery.

this is really good for turning up REALLY loud and singing along... IT. ROX!! but her voice is kinda weird but you know what that's okay...it goes very well with the backround music...it's a great album. U ROCK BRASSY!!
