Beauty in a song
The guitar in this song is just takes my breath away. Flawless.
Perfect
I feel sorry for the fans that can not handle change. Change is part of music and keeps bands like Pearl Jam vital and everlasting.
Best song in 10 years
In my opinion, this is one of the best songs that this band has done in a long time. This song reminds me of "Yesterday" by: The Beatles. It's a mellow acoustic song that's just beautiful. It doesn't have that catchiness that all these pop songs have that flood iTunes' top 100 list. I love these mellower acoustic songs that Pearl Jam does, such as Off He Goes and Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town. These kinds of songs are a hell of a lot better than the upbeat hard rock stuff that's made their last couple of albums mediocre at best. It worked on their first album, but not now. Just Breathe is a very solid hit that makes Backspacer an album that overshadows Binaural, Pearl Jam, and Riot Act.
