GNP's Greatest Hits is a fairly good collection of all the prime Dick Dale material — "King of the Surf Guitar," "Let's Go Trippin'," "Miserlou," "Death of a Gremmie" — but it's been supplanted by Rhino's superior, definitive single-disc King of the Surf Guitar.

I Dont Care
I dont care what you all say about the other songs I'm talkin about Misirlou I have never heard of anyone in my life pick the gutiar so fast. Dick Dale is an underated gutiarist.
KING OF SURF GUITAR!
Dick Dale can make some of the most uniuqe sounds on the guitar. I love to listen to his music when I go to Florida. All surfers will dig his music for centuries!
Some great, some notso
Furious picking dominates the dynamic instrumentals, but there are several lame vocal arrangements that seriously detract from the album as a whole.
