Top 10 album
Just wanted to let everyone know that this is the more uptempo hip hop version of this album. In my opinion the 2001 release which has more of a rock feeling to it sounds much better, and also contains 3 skits featuring the member Shay ( front cover ) and his adventures with 2 females LOL. If you like the 2002 release then definitely give the 2001 release a listen, although it is very rare.

This album will forever remain in my top 10 of all times, top 5 in hip hop. They were not the first to utilize a live band the Roots perfected that, not the first to infuse rock production Rick Reuben did that, not the first to do many other things, but what they did was blend all of those like no others before. This album is so under rated. Run to the Sun is the clear stand out for me.
