dig it!
awesome. well put together, good instrumentation, quirky without being annoying. check out the catchy 'ocarina', 'turnstyles' if only for its neil diamond-esque french horns, the epic 'mythology', 'squeaky wheel' for creepy moodiness (in a good way) and the title track. i liked the album ok at first, but after repeated listens, you can start to hear all the different layers and appreciate its complexity more. good stuff. and you can't really argue with a well placed pedal steel.
Pretty good
It has a very mellow mood. Totally different from the first album. It is more orchastrated. It is the type of album that grows and grows on you when you listen to it more. I like it.

saw these guys play in tacoma washington a few weeks ago. didnt even know they were gonna be there and never heard of them before. heard one song bought the cd. played in the car for a good two weeks on loop. Star clusters is my fav. and cover of heart of gold was pretty amazing as well.
