Amazing For What It Is!!!
First of all, after reading everyones reviews, this album was not intended to be your holly jolly Christmas album, I think we can all agree on that after getting through the first couple of tracks. Now that we have that squared off, for what it is, an indie take on Christmas songs, it is an amazing album. It's full of creativity and awkward but purposeful music. And for those that don't know, it is charitable offering as well, with all the proceeds going to Amnesty International; a charitable organization established in 1961 campaigning for human rights! And for the bashing people, when you write a review, iTunes 2nd tip for writing a review says, "Praise music on its own terms, not at the expense of other artists, their music or the audience of particular genres." So obviously, this is indie music and an indie take on christmas songs. So if you don't know anything about indie music, then just don't leaved biased reviews please. Peace out and God Bless!!!
It's an alternative Christmas!
It's not suicidal or even depressing. It is a bit of a darker alternate view of the holidays, and it's actually rather fun. Lighten up and embrace the dark side.

This album is the perfect antidote for those who are tired of the mundane holiday music played in every store and on every station and want to hear something new/different.
