Future Rare Classic, Now. High Laugh Content.
Paul F. Tompkins is a sophisticated social critic, a parched-dry sarcastic wordsmith, an excellent storyteller and an unabashed dandy. If I had to choose the best comedy recording of the past twenty years, I would. I would, and as a lifetime aficionado my choice would be this album. This one, right here. Paul F. Tompkins's "Impersonal." These jokes collect the best of PFT's career up to a few years past, when his material took a more personal, story-oriented path. The material stands up to the contents of any comedy album I have ever heard, including classics like Bill Cosby's "Himself" and Bing Crosby's "Old Skool Beat-Box Karaoke Challenge (with microphone) (digi)." Now if you will excuse me, I am done writing this review. I suggest you fill the void with Paul F. Tompkins's new CD, this.

Mr. Tompkins is the very best stand-up alive. This CD, released on my favorite label, is an instant classic. Yay comedy.
Amazing
This may be the best comedy album I have ever heard. His album is genius on the level of Bill Hicks or Mitch Hedberg without ever going blue. He is the funniest man that you've never heard of.
