Tight and Innovative Music
"Stompin'" is the name of track 11 on this album and that title prertty much sums it up. The Sonic Nation definitely knows how to groove and "In Capacitor" is the proof. A note on the inside cover says that all songs were recorded using the first take with no overdubs and with the amount of energy in the songs, it's obviously true. The songs are simple and complex at the same time, ranging from sleek, mellow grooves such as "Vesperax" to rockin', technical diatribes like "12th Hour". Check out the hook on "Rumpous Rule" and get out your dancing shoes because you're going to need them. Sweet!

Great Music since their beginning.
I have been listening to this group since they played at my brother's b-day bash in their living roomin Truckee, Ca back in 2002. If you like to throw it all down and dance your feet off, this is an album for you. My personal recommendation from the set list is Bullfrogs are Insomniacs. Another personal favorite is Bumrush, it just gets you off your rear end and makes you wanna dance your brains out.
