Awesome Ambient Album
This band should have a bigger following. They are super talented and this cd is proof of it. All the songs are just as epic and perfect as the next, worth every cent.
Breathtaking...
Immanu El produce musical soundscapes so rich and textured, I will often start over at track 1 after listening all the way through an album. Absolutely beautiful music. Though often compared to Explosions in the Sky and Sigur Ros, they are truly unique in terms of what they accomplish musically. This band is one of the most exciting acts (post rock or otherwise) coming out of this part of Europe, and that's saying a lot given all that Immanu El's neighbors to the west in Iceland are producing these days. I agree with Domke: It's incredible that they haven't yet gathered a larger following. PLEASE KEEP PRODUCING MUSIC! (And come to California.)
