For True Fans Only
This song is a little melodic doodle, just like some Guided by Voices songs. That being said, it's still a great song and it differs from the way other Interpol stuff sounds in the scales and notes used. It may be short for a dollar, but I think its worth it, especially if you're a true fan.
Casual Fans Beware
I think "Interlude" is really a good instrumental, it reminds me of Explosions in the Sky. That being said if it were a bit longer it would get a five for sure, but it is still worth getting if you need all songs by Interpol.
