Fantastic!

This is a wonderful album. I love his music,and have every album. I enjoy listening to it every day.

A wonderful collection of music!

The inside cover says it all. Around the age of 17 Joe Bongiorno asked "life" to essentially send everything it had in his direction. He wanted to experience all he could and live life to the fullest. "Into the Wind" is not an expression referring to adversity or challenges, but about jumping into life head-on, and the album perfectly reflects this feeling. From the first track you'll be hooked!

Aptly titled, "Inspired", the first track is full of optimism and energy, but still has Bongiorno's trademark smooth and flowing groove. "Sailing the Sky" is another steller song. The music feels just like the cover - bright and full of life. The title track is the most lively on the album and is sure to become a fan favorite.

"Into the Wind" contains many slower and contemplative songs as well. "Never Forgotten" is Bongiorno's heartfelt farewell to a group of friends and coworkers with whom he had a long working and personal relationship. "I Hear Your Cry" is perhaps the most melancholy of all the tracks on this album, but is also one of my favorites for it's tender simplicity. "Lucid Dream" is another perfectly titled song and one that is sure to calm and relax after a stressful day.

I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that the range of experiences and emotions expressed on "Into the Wind" round out the album to make it an absolutely exceptional listening experience! The sound quality of Joe Bongiorno's albums is always unsurpassed and his newest album is not exception. I have dozens of piano albums in my collection (including the likes of David Lanz), but "Into the Wind" has quickly become one of my all-time favorites! Nice work, Joe.

Beautiful, Bongiorno's Best!!

I have enjoyed Joe's music for awhile, but this one takes me to another place deep inside. "Inspired" and "I Hear You Cry" are amazing. What a gift Bongiorno has, his music is just so fluid, it flows and blends so effortlessly. I use it as a prelude to meditation; it seems to connect me to the here and now.
