Nice job for the Phoenix indie. Funny yet heavy.
These guys are great!
I have this album. I bought it at the very first Vykyng show in Phoenix AZ. The songs are great, the live show is awesome and you know, when you are in a bad mood and need something funny to listen to, this is as good as it gets! Vykyng is funny, but they are great musicians too.
They're serious about having fun!
I got to meet these guys and they described it as, "If Manowar and Spinal Tap were to have a child together, it would be Vykyng." Cool metal riffs, memorable melodies, sing along/chant choruses and comedy sketches in between songs makes them stand out. It's like going to heavy metal theater. They're not making fun of metal, they're making metal with fun! Rock on, Vykyng!
