Album Review
This Boston band plays an average blend of punk and metallic rock with a hint of hardcore. As is often a feature of the genre, the verses often give way to anthemic choruses, fuzzy guitars laying down a baseline chug. The lyrics are above average for the field, though, reaching back into Revolutionary War history for "Tea Party" and recounting a road trip to Canada for "13 Hours." Most of the time, however — again like many bands of their ilk — Burning Streets vent defiant, controlled anger about the mass media, the apathetic inertia of American politics and citizens, and the power of rock to give them a reason for living.

freakin awesome!
I dont know why my first review was never published... Anyway, this album has it all! Catchy guitar riffs, kickass vocals, AND a stand against THE MAN!!! Punk rock is lucky to have you guys in their ranks. ESPECIALLY Boston punk rock! Can't wait until the next album comes out! AND Hope you guys come back out to Idaho again next summer!

This album is really amazing. Might be the best punk album of 2009. I haven't seen the Burning Streets yet live but it is now on my list. Throwing Rocks is classic!
