everything music should be

happiness, doubt, love, self-loathing - this introspective album from an extrovert can appeal to everyone. his live shows are incredible and the album captures all the humor and honesty that he brings to music.

A Great Teaser! C'mon Full Length!

"It's Alright" is the star here, from his full-length album which has been out in Europe for about a year now (c'mon American release!!) and which I'm lucky enough to own. Catchy, poppy, yet honest and fresh sounding, this song is phenomenal. "Fever" and "Where Are We At?" are new, and carry some of the very eclectic, relatively mellow, introspective indy sound that you'll find on the full-length. Although they definitely have their great moments, the two tracks are a little drawn out at times, which gives them that slightly more experimental EP feel. With a sound that mixes so many styles and does it so well, it's hard to get a small sampling of songs like this and really get the bigger picture. Download this now and come back for the full-length!!

top notch music- five stars if it were longer!

This guy is one of those absolute phenoms that we probably all know a dozen of, and might be ourselves, but what makes him unique is that he is making the most of his potential. Truly a pleasure to watch live for his engaged accessibility and extreme musicianship. Recordings don't fail to produce equal enjoyability! Yum.

Ottum continued to tour during the following years, and the international release of Like the Season in Europe netted...
