Customer Reviews
Wow!
There's nothing like it. Melodically, every track is a masterpiece. If there was one reason to buy the whole album, though, it's the variation between tracks. Every one sounds drastically different from the rest, yet they go together so well.
Andrew Bayer has hit a home run.
This album of Bayer's is fantastic. The genius of Bayer mixes experimental sounds with a sound that the trance world adores. Nexus 6 has a sound that I rarely hear in the work of other trance artists. An album like this is sure to become a hallmark of his music and will be one of the albums he is remembered for.
So Different. So Perfect.
I've always like Andrew Bayer. He's always had an interesting sound that I've just enjoyed. I heard his song "Counting the Points" played on TATW and immediately fell in love with it, and eagerly anticipated the release of this album.
He's has created a masterpiece. Truly, I am in awe of what he has done here. He has stayed true to his sound, yet experimented and made himself different. No track is too similar to another, yet they all flow so well together. This is not intended to be traditional Trance music, and it is indeed very different from every other Anjunabeats release. But that is the beauty of Trance. It IS so different from everything else, and is constantly evolving.
Buy this album expecting something melodic, and varied. Something that's just different and still amazing. Don't buy it if you're looking for traditional standardized Trance, you won't find it here.
