awesome album. but don't buy it here.
I also heard Erick Baker at Sundown in the City in Knoxville, TN. He was opening for Marc Broussard. I actually enjoyed him better. However, DON'T BUY ON ITUNES!!! Go to amiestreet.com and get it for free legally.
next BIG thing!
Erick opened for the Goo Goo Dolls in Knoxville( his hometown)he was a last minute add, but he sure did not disapoint! He was charming and soulful, and his voice resonated beautifully in the Tennessee theatre. I bought his cd right away inbetween sets, which I never do, and he diligently signed copies and took pictures with fans all night long. Support this newcomer and buy this album and his newest album "Holding the pieces in place."
Sunshine
I first heard Erick Bakers butterfly bringing voice when a friend made me go to Sundown in the City.. a small gathering where little town bands, or voices get together to play for music lovers of all ages. It was free, and it just so happened that Erick Baker was the opening artist. I fell in love with his lyrics, voice, and melody/harmony awesomness. I would definately recommend this album.. especially my personal fave "Next to Me" for anyone who has a soul. I love it.
