First iTunes Purchase
I was a little hesitant at first but man, it was well worth every penny. I have purchased all of his CDs plus downloaded live versions, so I wondered what would be the point of buying the album. Turns out that it has different versions of songs with great insights and stories about Jack's life. You don't even have to be a big fan to appreciate this album so don't be afraid to buy.
Jack Johnson Fan Must Have
This album explains a lot about how Jack writes, his musical influences, and about some of his greatest songs. Plus it has different versions of some of those great songs. If you are a big Jack Johnson fan you will not regret this purchase.
Listening to Jack is like taking a vacation
Like going to an island paradise on vacation- If you can't enjoy yourself then something is wrong with you. I cannot imagine anyone not loving Jack's unique music. Everyone I've turned onto Jack has been genuinely blown away and now owns all his tunes. His music has an amazing way of appealing to you no matter what the mood may be. It’s upbeat and mellow at the same time. Listeners I know who gravitate towards Rock, Punk, Rap, Folk or even Country have all flipped on his music. Improve your life and take some time to get to know Jack and his thoughtful lyrics, mesmerizing voice and transporting guitar rifts. He is one of those very rare artists that has not put out a bad song. My "Jack's Greatest Hits" play list includes every one of his songs :). No need to cherry pick his songs- just buy the complete alblums. It will be cheaper for you in the long run as you will get hooked and want it all anyway! Jack- We know you don’t do it for the money but for the sake of mankind- Please make more music and Play the SB Bowl more often! Mahalo!
